Outlook Reminder Shared Calendar. Hi all, just wanted to know if calendar reminders on shared mailbox work, every time i try to place on a shared mailbox it does. You will see a list of your email accounts.
Replied on march 8, 2021. But even though everyone is accepting the reminders, they are not popping up.
Outlook Won't Be Able To Update The Meeting To Show They Accepted.
Choose a calendar to share.
Choose Reminder From The Follow Up Dropdown In The Tags.
If a user shares their calendar, a shared mailbox calendar, or a resource mailbox calendar, and the recipient accepts using outlook on the web, outlook for ios, or outlook for android, they will start seeing these.
Go To Settings ≫ Calendar ≫ Events And Invitations.

Try To Remove The Shared Calendar In Outlook Client And Then Add Back To Check If It Makes Any Difference.
The premise is that the reminder is selected when the appointment is created, and the reminder is set before xx minutes.
